IRM provides three main services:
- Hire of industrial water chillers and hot water boilers.
- Sales of air and water cooled water chillers, 1kW to 1800kW
- On site checks and maintenance (mechanical, instrument and electrical)
- Sizing and selection of equipment to find a solution for the customer.
We service mainly the wine and brewing industry but also do some work in methanol extraction plants, aquaculture cooling, food production and food processing.

- Builds lease machines for forklift skid frames, larger machines are installed into 20ft shipping containers
- Runs interconnecting pipe from lease machine to customers plant
- Interconnecting pipe is rubber suction hose or stainless steel Tig welded on site
- Imports and assembles over 1000 kw sized Cooling Towers
- Glycol pump sizing, commissioning and repairs
- Water chiller commissioning, servicing, fault finding and repairs maintenance
- Previous experience in leasing Glycol Chillers since 2008
- Refrigeration engineer qualified 27 years
- Compressed Gas handler Certificate, gases are Propane, Ammonia, Co2, All Refrigerants
- Electrical service technician Class A and Class B, 3 phase 400vac unlimited current
- First Aid Certificate renewed every two years
- Site Safe - Health and Safety
- Daikin Chiller training course - Sydney
- Carel Italy PLC Chiller software course - Auckland
- Chiller service experience: Mcquay, York, Carrier, Cooke, Daikin, APV, MTA, Trane
