Switched mode power supply's is an electronic power supply that incorporates a switching regulator to convert electrical power efficiently. Like other power supplies, an SMPS transfers power from a source, like mains power, to a load, such as a PLC or device which needs DC power, while converting voltage and current characteristics. Unlike old linear power supply's, the pass transistor of a switching-mode supply continually switches between low-dissipation, full-on and full-off states, and spends very little time in the high dissipation transitions, which minimizes wasted energy
DIN RAIL power supplies for industrial, automation and process control applications. Clip straight onto din rail for rapid mounting.
Embedded Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) screwed straight onto the gear tray or inside the project box, can be side or back mounted.
